FreeLance Designer Carolyn

photos of my granddaughter at 7 weeks old.

For my inspiration I used sketch "j" by Erica.
http://scrapbookingoasis.blogspot.com/2007/05/sketches-from-scrapbookingoasiscom.html

Materials used:

paper: Basic Grey Fusion - Mezmerize, Read Between The Lines, Ruby Shoes, & Exposure.
cardstock: Bazzill - Pearberry & Starlight
stickers: Making Memories - Alpha Fetti Light
ink: Ranger - Tim Holtz Distress Ink: Black Soot

I started by cutting the first three pattern papers in thirds. Read Between The Lines paper went
on the bottom of the left page and the left side of the right page. I used the Mezmerize for the
middle of the right page and for a 5 1/2" circle on the left page. Ruby Shoes was used for the
rest of the left page and the right side of the right page. From the Exposure paper I cut two 4"
circles and title strips for both pages.
The large photo on the left is double-matted with both cardstock colors and is 6 1/2 x 6 1/2".
The other four photos are approx. 4", and matted in both cardstock colors, plus the Ruby Shoes,
and one is done with no mat.
I inked all the pieces of the layout.
For the left title I mounted each sticker letter with the Starlight cardstock and placed them
vertically on the title strip. For the right page I arranged the word Camera around the top of the
circle and the preceeding two words across the paper strip. I mounted the first letters of the two
words with the Starlight cardstock.
I wrote the name and date on the bottom of the left page.

Thanks!
Carolyn
